Pair/Unpair two headsets

Follow these steps to add the guest headset to listen to the calls received in the primary headset.

Refer to the picture below for your information:

Method One:

1. Put on your primary Headset.

2. On the guest headset, hold the volume up button until the indicator light on the headset is solid green.

3. Put the call mode by clicking the Desk Phone Button in the primary headset base (number 10 in the image above) and press the Subscription button (no. 12 in image above) for 2 seconds until the LED light starts flashing orange and green.

4. At the same time you will hear a beep sound on the Primary headset. Single press the call button on the primary headset to accept the guest headset link.

Method Two: (Easy way)

1. Place a call or ensure the primary headset is connected to the primary base.

2. Put on your primary Headset.

3. Click on the “Computer button” on the primary headset base (No. 8 in the image)

4. Place the guest headset in the charging cradle of the primary headset base.

5. With your guest headset docked in the primary headset’s base, the subscription light (No. 13 in the picture) will flash red and green within a few seconds, and you will hear a beep sound on the Primary headset. Single press the call button on the primary headset (no. 2 in the headset’s picture above) to accept the guest headset link.

6. The guest headset and primary headsets are subscribed to one another. Put on both headsets and do a test call to confirm.

Unpair guest headset:

· Single press the call button on the Guest headset to unpair with the primary headset.
